Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to lead our team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge and strong leadership abilities to ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that include overseeing field service operations and providing technical guidance to team members.
Duties
•
Develop, implement, and evaluate repair & maintenance policies and procedures
•
Develop strategic goals and plan for execution
•
Lead employee development and training initiative
•
Responsible for personnel management of technicians, sales, and support staff
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all HVAC operations
•
Oversee service department billing for timeliness and accuracy
•
Participate in quality control and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
•
Associate’s Degree or equivalent training certificate in commercial & industrial HVAC required
•
10+ years of experience in commercial & industrial HVAC preferred
•
Universal EPA license and CSD-1 required
•
Ability to build effective teams while fostering a positive work environment
•
Fluency in Microsoft Office, email, Internet, and various software related to dispatch, billing, and service-related accountancy
•
Proficient analytical, decision-making, business acumen, and leadership skills
•
Advanced customer service, speaking, and writing
