HVAC Sr. Service Manager

Position Type: Full-time, salaried position plus bonus based on performance.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Service Senior Manager to lead and manage our HVAC service operations across multiple regions. In this role, you will oversee three regional team leads, each managing their respective teams of HVAC technicians, 18 in total. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence through training and development of your technicians, along with monitoring the operational and performance metrics of the team. Your leadership will ensure that high standards of service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

+ While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, crawl, or kneel in confined spaces.
