Description of responsibilities: The Information Technology Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees in a timely manner, maintaining and updating computer hardware and software, and facilitating the deployment of new technology. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, setting up equipment for meetings and new employees, and creating training materials. The Technician ensures that all IT-related tasks are performed efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction and organizational performance. Required experience: B.S. in computer science or a related field and 2+ years of experience preferred; or a combination of education and experience. Demonstrated knowledge of IT applications, networks, hardware, software, industry standards and best practices. Required skills:
