Inside Sales Engineer I

Paragon is seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will review and respond to client Requests for Quote (RFQs), develop accurate and timely proposals, and ensure alignment with all technical and quality requirements. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams, as well as clients and vendors, to ensure each proposal is tailored, compliant, and competitive.

This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse, highly regulated scopes within the nuclear industry, requiring strong technical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
