In this position, you will be responsible for accelerating ECM Group equipment sales through targeted Customer needs. This position provides full technical service sales support from lead generation to final contract acceptance, which includes but is not limited to, new business sales efforts, current customer interactions, technical analysis, and final contract reviews. To excel in this role, you must have a compelling sales personality as well as motivation to find and pursue new business opportunities.
This position will be based out of our ECM USA, Inc. office in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Frequent travel is required including to ECM Technologies and other subsidiaries, sales meetings, exhibitions, technical sessions, and customer sites. A valid Passport, Driver’s License and good driving record are required.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (general but not limited to)
o Manages sales pipeline including developing new Customers while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers.
o Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand our customer base.
o Provides competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
o Forecasts project timelines, budgets, risks, and competition within a rapidly changing market, including date of delivery to Customers based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules.
o Review the best monitoring sales report with management monthly to determine if goals and objectives are being met.

o Strong software and PC skills, notably: Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.
o High degree of technical aptitude; ability to read and understand schematics.
o English fluent; Spanish and/or French speaking would be considered an advantage.
