As IT Analyst II, you will provide support in analyzing, developing, and implementing information systems. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
•Provides application software development services or technical support
•Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
•Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
•Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
•Monitors, supports and diagnosis application systems to ensure specifications are met
•Develops procedures for application system testing and validation to ensure system integrity
•Provides comprehensive trade floor support for Energy Trading and Risk users while fostering and maintaining strong partnerships to ensure an outstanding customer experience
•Handles inquiries, resolves system and data problems, and serves as a specialist on the Endur/gMotion softwareManagement (ETRM) system
•Manages timely end user support and problem resolution while identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve security, disaster recovery, and supportability
•Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
•Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of one (1) year of IT experience
•Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of two (2) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
•Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
•Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
•Knowledge of Oracle databases, sql and procedures
•Knowledge of JAVA, .Net, C#, Visual Basic, Endur AVS/JVS
•Preferred: A minimum of two (2) years of Endur Natural Gas experience with a solid grasp of trading, scheduling, risk management, confirmations, invoicing and accounting with the ability to configure the system components
•Preferred: Knowledge of Open Components and understanding of macros/VBA
, Responsible for assisting in the translation of system requirements into technical design through development, testing, and implementation in a timely, cost-effective manner. Performs varied tasks and handles projects of moderate complexity while working under moderate supervision.
