We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Business Analyst to provide technical and administrative support to end-users across a wide range of business applications, with a particular focus on our Epicor ERP system. This role will collaborate closely with specialist IT technicians, system analysts, and the IT helpdesk team to investigate and resolve reported problems, fulfill IT service requests, and implement minor system changes.
We are seeking a driven and resourceful IT professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to tackle complex challenges and contribute to a dynamic team.
