IT Intern - Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity Intern will assist the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Program Management with various cybersecurity-related projects. This includes organizing the Cybersecurity Capability Team’s digital workspaces, participating in planning and scheduling activities, collecting and organizing risks, and visualizing metrics for stakeholder groups. The intern will take on additional projects as needed.

Major Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Intern will participate in Agile cybersecurity projects, assisting with risk assessment and mitigation efforts. They will create project workflows using Jira, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed efficiently. The intern will collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to support various initiatives and contribute to the development and refinement of cybersecurity policies and procedures. Staying updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and advancements is crucial, and the intern will engage in Agile ceremonies and documentation to maintain capability team momentum. Additionally, the intern will assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of cybersecurity metrics, providing valuable insights to stakeholders. Finally, the intern will assist with other projects as needed.
