We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Software Development Team Lead to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and cloud technologies, with expertise in Angular, C#, SQL, AWS, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines

Ensure code quality, best practices, and architectural integrity across projects

Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Contribute to technical decision-making and strategic planning for the department

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

12+ years of experience in software development, including 1+ years in a leadership role

Strong proficiency in Angular, C#, and SQL

Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms

Excellent understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles

Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Certifications in AWS and/or Azure
