We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team in Charlotte, NC. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to begin or advance their careers in account management within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive for professional growth.
Responsibilities
•
Assist in managing client accounts and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
•
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient client service delivery
•
Maintain accurate account records, documentation, and client files
•
Conduct research to support property-related solutions for clients
•
Support senior account representatives with day-to-day tasks and project execution
•
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on industry best practices
Qualifications
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
•
0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or administrative support
•
Excellent organizational and communication skills
•
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
•
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
