Junior Recruiter

Strata Clean Energy is a fast-growing clean energy company dedicated to delivering reliable solar and battery storage solutions. Our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) division ensures the long-term performance of our renewable energy assets across the U.S. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for critical field-based roles that drive our mission forward.

Position Summary: The Junior Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting for our field-based workforce, including roles such as landscaping technicians, power plant electrical technicians, and field supervisors. The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully in-office position, perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused setting and wants to build a foundation in talent acquisition within the clean energy industry.
