Job Description:
We are seeking a Landman to join our team in the Biomass Energy industry. As a Landman, you will be responsible for conducting research and evaluations to determine the feasibility of utilizing land for biomass energy projects. Your role will involve drafting legal documents related to land lease agreements, conducting negotiations with landowners, and ensuring compliance with regulations and permitting requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential land for biomass energy projects
- Identify and evaluate land ownership records and legal documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess the suitability of land for biomass energy production
- Draft and review legal documents, including land lease agreements and contracts
- Negotiate with landowners to secure land for biomass energy projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and permitting requirements
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and environmental consultants
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess land conditions and identify potential challenges or opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in biomass energy development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Land Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of land leasing practices and property law
- Experience in drafting legal documents, preferably related to land lease agreements
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landowners
- Knowledge of regulations and permitting processes related to biomass energy projects is preferred
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and understanding of sustainable land use practices
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
