Job Description:

We are seeking a Landman to join our team in the fast-growing industry of alternative fuels and advanced transportation. As a Landman, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's land acquisition, leasing, and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research and analysis of land ownership, rights, and titles in the specified area.
2. Negotiate and secure land agreements, including leases and easements, to support our organization's projects.
3. Collaborate with legal counsel, surveyors, and other relevant professionals to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, community members, and government agencies.
5. Prepare and review legal documents related to land acquisitions, leases, and permits.
6. Monitor and track land-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to land management in the alternative fuels and advanced transportation industry.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in land management, law, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Landman or in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of land acquisition processes, lease negotiations, and title research.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing land use and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools for research and documentation.
