Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landman to join our team in the Biomass Energy industry. As a Landman, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing land rights, leases, and contracts pertaining to the development and utilization of biomass energy resources. Your role will be crucial in facilitating the legal and financial aspects of our biomass energy projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of land rights, leases, and contracts related to biomass energy development
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Negotiate and draft contracts and agreements with landowners, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage the acquisition of land and mineral rights for biomass energy projects
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess land use potential and environmental impact
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations affecting biomass energy projects
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of land rights, contracts, and project progress
- Assist in resolving any legal or land-related disputes or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of property rights, land contracts, and lease agreements
- Knowledge of biomass energy industry and related regulations is highly desirable
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of computer applications and software, including Amazon AWS
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
