We are seeking a Landman to join our team in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry. As a Landman, you will be responsible for facilitating the acquisition of land rights for our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on land titles, ownership, and rights
- Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to land acquisitions
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with landowners, ensuring fair and equitable terms for all parties involved
- Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and other professionals to assess and evaluate land suitability for projects
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain positive relationships with landowners

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Landman or similar role in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of land management processes, title examination, and property law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for land management

This is a contract position, and the salary will be based on industry standards and qualifications.
