An Information Analyst at the LCMC provides business process analysis along with information system support and development services in a team-oriented environment. This position is also responsible for continuing self-development along with team planning and leadership as needed and functions with limited supervision. This position also has primary and secondary support responsibilities for numerous other refinery applications, both custom and third party, including numerous complex SQL Server database applications. Occasional weekend duty is also required. The person in this position applies an extensive background of technical expertise along with analysis and an understanding of business and practical requirements to meet the business needs of our users by recommending, creating, and implementing technical solutions to business needs.

The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration.
