Lead Estimator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates using T&M, Xactimate and Symbility. The Estimator should be familiar with TPA programs, such as Alactrity, Contractor Connection, Accuserve, etc. The Estimator will write Water Damage, Mold, Fire, Smoke and Odor, and other Insurance/Non insurance related damage and Repairs Estimates. The Estimator should know Residential, Commercial, and Industrial construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of a scope are accounted for. This role requires strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. The Estimator will collaborate closely with Adjusters, Property Managers, Clients, Contractors, and our Mitigation and Reconstruction managers to deliver precise estimates that align with project goals. Estimator will work closely with our technicians to ensure the communication from clients, adjusters and contractors is followed through. Estimator may also help with creating schedules for projects based on communications with clients, adjusters, subcontractors and other Managers.
