Seeking an experience Millwright/maintenance Foreman to provide support for our Shredder maintenance crew.
Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are preferred.
•
Work closely with Shredder Maintenance Manager to ensure excellent working condition of shredder and its associated equipment
•
Inspects equipment periodically to assess need for maintenance and repair
•
Replaces worn and damaged parts; disassembles equipment to check for issues and perform testing
•
Reviews manufacturing guidelines and materials to ensure proper repairs
•
Keeps accurate records of maintenance performed
•
May operate welding equipment to repair equipment/machinery; use cutting torch (gas or oxygen) or a plasma cutter when needed
•
May be required to occasionally picks up parts and run other errands
•
Act as foreman to the team, providing direction and coaching employees with the support of the Maintenance Manager as directed
•
Adheres to all PNW Metal Recycling, Inc. safety policies and standards
•
Other duties or cross-training in other positions may be assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour
