O&M North America Operations Leader

Job Description Summary

The O&M North America Operations Leader reports to the O&M Global Operations Director and supports the North America (NAM) Region Leader by driving operational excellence and efficiency within the NAM O&M team. This role involves performing site team performance reviews, developing and advising on effective staffing strategies, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support our strategic priorities. Must be well versed in taking large volumes of raw data and building reporting and tracking mechanisms. This role will work to improve the team’s ability to achieve safety, service, quality and timeliness objectives. There is high autonomy within the role and high levels of sound operational judgment are required to achieve desired outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of leadership, influencing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

The base pay range for this position is $119,600.00 - 159,500.00 - 199,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15% (SPB). This posting is expected to close no earlier than June 15, 2025.
