Data Entry

Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications
•
Answer the main office phone and delegate inbound calls to the correct department
•
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
•
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while using exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data/information
•
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
•
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
•
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
•
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
•
Backup support assistance to other staff in department as needed
•
Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•
Efficiently manage and navigate through different emails throughout the day
•
Must have a HS diploma or GED equivalent
•
Must be at least 18 years old
•
Other duties as needed or assigned
•
Ability to work in a team environment
•
Must be authorized to work in the United States
•
Must be willing to submit to a background screening
