The compensation plan for the Outside Sales and Walk-Through Specialist at Opaa Cleaning is designed to reward performance and incentivize the acquisition of new commercial cleaning accounts.
•Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales growth.
•Client Engagement: Conduct in-person visits and walk-throughs with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present our products and services, and offer tailored solutions. Consultations can also be held over video calls and phone calls.
•Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings. Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and confidence.
•Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Maintain regular communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
•Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
•Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
•Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales goals. Prepare regular reports for management to provide insights into sales performance.
•Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the cleaning industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong negotiation and closing skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Proficient in Google Apps such as: Sheets, Slides, Docs, Calendar, etc.
•High level of motivation and drive to succeed.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
•1-3 Referrals from previous employers

Pay:
• $10-$70 per walkthrough appointment conducted, depending on the number of accounts closed per 12-month period.
• 10%-20% commission per account closed for the first month of the commercial cleaning contract
•2%-7% commission residuals per account per 12-month period, depending on the number of accounts closed per 12-month period.
•After reaching the cap base pay and commission, he or she may be qualified for a “Senior Walk-Through Specialist & Account Manager”.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $69,231.00 - $75,023.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
