Role Summary

The Payroll Administrator will process payroll for one or more regional divisions. This position will be responsible for reviewing and entering data from numerous sources, processing payroll, printing checks, and completing employment verifications. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

PAYROLL FAMILY - CORE

•

Reviews timesheet edit listings for time entered through the e-time entry function and enters corrections when needed.

•

Processes manual and voided checks; processes payroll and reviews pay registers; prints checks and prepares mailings.

•

Completes employment verifications and ensures that requests include the employee’s authorization.

•

Scans documents to employees’ electronic payroll personnel files.

•

Documents checklists for payroll functions.

•

Reviews new employee data and ensures that corrections are addressed.

•

Enters supplemental payments as needed, such as signing bonuses, travel per diems and relocation reimbursements.

•

Demonstrates commitment to the highest standards of customer satisfaction by displaying courtesy and sensitivity and responding promptly to customer needs.

•

Follows up on communication and appointments with internal and external customers.

•

Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.

Education

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

2 year / Associate’s Degree (Preferred)

In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

2+ years payroll experience (Preferred)
