THIS POSITION
The Permitting Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and processing permit applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for our utility client. This individual will work closely with other team members to identify and resolve permitting issues, analyze permit data, and communicate with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience with permit applications and regulatory compliance, as well as strong communication and analytical skills. Applicants should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Review permit applications to ensure that they meet regulatory standards and requirements.
•Collaborate with other teams, departments, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure that permit applications are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
•Communicate with internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies and contractors regarding permit progress.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
•Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of permitting practices and standards.
•Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Project Coordination and Construction experience a plus.
LOCATION
•This position works out of our client offices in North Las Vegas.
