Plumbing Dispatcher

Dispatcher Job Description: The 1-Tom Plumber On-Call Dispatcher will work in office providing fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. The dispatcher will manage calls for the technicians and the day-to-day operations.Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Strong customer service skills, multitasker, answering client calls, and scheduling technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering client data into a computer, this individual will provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries and make outbound calls to clients as necessary.
