Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of quality systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory compliance. The Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

•

Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

•

Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements.

•

Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.

•

Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

•

Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality data collection for research purposes.

•

Assist in the development and implementation of quality systems in line with ISO 9001 standards.

•

Coordinate measuring machine operations for precise measurements when required.

•

Participate in internal audits and support external audits related to QA/QC processes.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

•

Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.

•

Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines.

•

Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for data interpretation.

•

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

•

Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and suggest improvements.

•

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
