Key Responsibilities:

• 🤝 Manage and grow accounts focused on produced water reclamation and recycling, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• 🚚 Oversee the delivery of services and chemicals for reclaim and recycle operations, ensuring optimal performance.

• 🧪 Collaborate with chemical suppliers to develop and implement innovative, eco-friendly treatment solutions.

• 📈 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CIP Permian’s reclaim and recycle services.

• 🌎 Stay informed on environmental regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in water recycling.

• ⚙️ Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of water treatment processes.

• ⚖️ Ensure all operations comply with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

• 📝 Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance, market trends, and sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• 💼 10+ years

of experience in account management or business development within the oil and gas or water treatment industries.

• 💧 Strong knowledge of produced water reclaim and recycle processes and technologies.

• 📊 Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sustainable business growth.

• 🗣️ Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

• 🌱 Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
