The Regional Sales Manager – Aggregate is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all mining sales and technical service activities within a defined territory. This role also provides strategic and project-based support to the Industry Manager – Aggregate. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead regional initiatives to support business objectives.
•Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
•Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, including new product launches and enhancements.
•Coordinate customer orders with the customer service team and ensure timely delivery and/or installation.
•Collaborate with the engineering design team to identify and communicate opportunities for new mining products.
•Prepare detailed price quotes, sales terms, service agreements, and delivery timelines in coordination with engineering and marketing.
•Oversee and schedule product installations, ensuring quality execution and performance follow-up.
•Generate and pursue new leads through direct outreach and in collaboration with sales agents.
•Work with marketing to obtain promotional materials, product literature, and samples.
•Manage, train, and support a network of sales agents and dealers; conduct annual performance evaluations in partnership with the Industry Manager.
•Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
•Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to inform business decisions.
•Coordinate customer visits with leadership and ensure a professional, high-impact experience.
•Support the accounting team in resolving overdue accounts (90+ days).
•Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to drive growth within the assigned territory.
•Perform additional duties and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.

•Minimum Education & Work Experience Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, Business, or a related field
•4–5 years of experience in mining or aggregate sales or technical roles
