You’ll utilize your relationship-building skills to engage with customers, drive sales, and meet individual performance targets. As a Sales Specialist, you’ll train alongside industry professionals and remain up to date with the latest product knowledge to offer customers the best solutions tailored to their needs, ensuring a personalized and positive experience with every interaction.
Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
•Engage with customers to provide comprehensive solutions by understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations
•Ensure each interaction creates a positive experience that builds lasting relationships.
•Leverage available tools, resources, and promotions to stay updated on AT&T’s latest initiatives, effectively communicating these to customers and driving sales to contribute to the company's growth.
•Maintain visual standards with management, merchandising, and sales leads.
•Produce quality work by setting effective goals and establishing priorities.
•Identify customer needs for future sales and help customers make informed decisions about their wireless solutions.
•Participate in daily meetings with fellow Sales Specialists to develop opportunities for improving existing skills while acquiring new knowledge to enhance product expertise and sales techniques.
•Develop a deep understanding of the qualified consumer base in our target market by observing the sales process, conducting market research on the client territory, and participating in all client training sessions.
Sales Specialist Requirements:
•High school diploma or GED required, and a degree in a related field is a plus but is not required for this position.
•An unwavering dedication to learning and expanding your skills within the sales field, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and sales strategies.
•Evolve client industries and sales opportunities by being able to quickly problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong professional communication skills that align with and complement our client's values and ensure positive interactions and successful sales outcomes.
•The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time is required for this position.
•Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and collaborate effectively with others.
•A valid driver's license is required to drive to field locations.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
