Summary
We are seeking a Service Department Manager to join our team . In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing service department operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
•
Manage daily operations of the department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
•
Lead and develop team members through effective training and mentorship.
•
Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to maximize financial performance.
•
Implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
•
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for products.
•
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
•
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the department.
•
Assist other department heads and report to General Manager and Owner regarding department goals, milestones and financial budget.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
•
Strong budgeting skills with a focus on financial performance.
•
Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members.
•
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
•
Experience in training development to enhance team capabilities.
•
Familiarity with retail math concepts is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 per year
