Duties
•Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
•Monitor & oversee all computer programs, including general company software.
•Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
•Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
•Set up and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
•Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
•Collaborate with other team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
•Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
•Review data to help with key insight
•Analyze data to identify trends
•Assist with the procurement of IT equipment and software.
Requirements
•Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
•Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac OS), and office productivity software.
•Familiarity with IT service management tools
•Understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and network security principles.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols.
•Other related duties as assigned.
