Troubleshoots problems over the phone, dispatches service centers to specific destinations to assess/ develop corrective action plan. Maintains and follows-up with completion of repairs with Service Center and client. Tracks service repairs to ensure all repairs were completed and closed out. Interacts with Engineering department and production to make sure all repairs were done correctly based on concern/issue.
Must be able to provide proper documents to satisfy I9 requirements and E-Verify and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
