Bishop Distributing is seeking an experienced professional sales person to service Central Indiana (Indianapolis, Lafayette, Kokomo, Muncie). We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual who is going to help us maintain and grow existing relationships and establish new ones. Bishop is a flooring distributor that services retailers and flooring contractors throughout the Midwest. Product offering to include sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl plank/tile, WPC, SPC, hardwood, laminate, rubber flooring and accessories, and sundries.
Core Duties:
•
Assisting and training retail sales people on all company products to maximize their efforts in selling product lines
•
Inspire loyalty in customers by forging strong relationships with all of your assigned accounts and visit them frequently, as needed
•
Presenting and selling all company products and merchandising displays to retailers
•
Setting up and maintaining displays in the marketplace
•
Daily travel in your vehicle visiting retail customers
•
Answer your phone and return calls/emails in a timely fashion
•
Respond to all requests from management including market information
•
Update CRM system with information regarding customer visits and project opportunities
Job Requirements:

Reliable transportation
•
3 or more years of experience in outside sales.

Flooring experience is a bonus
•
College degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
