Larson Systems Inc (LSISMPL) is hiring a Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our accounting team. You report to the Accounting Manager.
We are a company that designs and manufactures unique products and delivers unique services. Responsibilities
•
Asset Tracking
•
Daily / Monthly Journal Entries
•
Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
•
Sales entries
•
PayPal transaction reconciliation
•
Payroll processing
•
Provide assistance for cash / card Issues
•
Daily emails
•
Maintain several spreadsheets
•
Daily banking transactions
•
Backup / Assisting the Accounting Clerk
•
Syncing various software products to reflect the same information
•
Other projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager
Qualifications
•
A 2-4 year degree in accounting-preferred
•
3 + years of staff accounting experience- required
•
Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP-required
•
Experience using QuickBooks-required
•
Payroll processing experience-required
•
Exceptional data processing skills-required
•
Proficient in the use of spreadsheets-required
