ACCOUNTING / BOOKKEEPER – Part time

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient in QuickBooks online

Payroll experience is a must. Understanding job costing and Workers Compensation codes as they apply to payroll

Experience with the construction industry is a plus, not mandatory

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience in Co-Construct is a plus, not mandatory

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Payroll

Preparing paychecks

File and pay monthly, quarterly and year end payroll returns

BWC – pay any necessary installment payments; file true-up

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Monthly bookkeeping including reconciling bank accounts

Weekly bookkeeping including entering daily expenses / credits

PAYRATE: $25-$30 Depending on experience
