Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with financial best practices. This position also provides essential support to our accounting operations, which focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, other administrative functions and while supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing business an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•

Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks Online

•

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and in a timely manner

•

Reconcile credit card statements

•

Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

•

Assist the CFO with preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports when needed

•

Maintain compliance with financial policies and internal controls

•

Organize and maintain all financial documentation for audits and reporting purposes

•

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate job costing and expense allocation

•

Continuously identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems

Qualifications

•

1-2 years of accounting clerk (HVAC industry experience a plus)

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

•

Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction

•

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

•

Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team setting

•

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
