COOEC Canada Company Ltd. is a Calgary-based EPC Company. We are increasingly growing in the oil and gas field and specializing in engineering, design, and construction management. Currently, we are executing a wide range of SAGD, refinery, facility, pipeline, and multiple EPC projects. Key Responsibilities:

•

Calculate, prepare, and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems.

•

Code, total, batch, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements in a ledger or computer system.

•

Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets.

•

Prepare period or cost statements or reports.

•

Calculate costs of materials, overhead and other expenses based on estimates, quotations, and price lists.

•

Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.

•

Create and manage a systematic filing system.

•

Prepare documents for the company Accountant or for Internal Auditors

•

Compile data for income tax returns.

•

Other duties as required by the manager.

What You Will Bring:

· Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 2+ year of experience in a similar role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $50,000 to $56,000 per year (negotiable based on your experience, qualifications).
