Associate Member Services Specialist

Connexus Energy is looking for an individual to serve our members as the first point of contact, providing them with exceptional service to ensure the best member experience possible. This role is responsible for answering member phone calls, analyzing data, and resolving residential and business member inquiries, while promoting programs and services.

Location:

Work for this position can be performed both on-site at our campus located at 14601 Ramsey Blvd, Ramsey, MN 55303, and from your local home office as duties require. While this position is designated as a hybrid role, based on current policy, hires must reside in or relocate within commuting distance to our office in Ramsey, MN.

Compensation:

The anticipated hiring range for this role is between $20.27 and $26.61 per hour. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% of annual earnings based on company performance.
