21st Century Concrete Inc is looking to add to our high quality, production oriented team at our newly established concrete plant in Pittsfield, MA; We are a 5th generation concrete supply company that has been supplying materials to the construction industry for over 100 years.
Requirements
•
Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement;
•
General truck driving skills but overweight and off-road experience is a plus;
•
Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask
•
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, management and customers;
•
Specific experience in concrete production is not necessary - we will train you;
•
The ability to perform heavy lifting and physical activity in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
•
Perform US DOT and company required truck pre-trip;
•
Safely drive and operate the concrete mixer as needed;
•
Effectively interface with customers on job sites to perform concrete installation;
•
Keep the exterior and interior of the truck clean;
•
Following all safety standards as per company polices and OSHA regulations.
