Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and repairing various equipment within the facility. William’s Steel Company: Industrial Maintenance Team Member

TERM: Full-Time position

JOB GOAL: Will work with our experienced senior maintenance team members to develop skills and experience to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on tasks given. Perform all tasks assigned by the Team Leader, Foreman, or other Administration for the Maintenance Department to prevent damage, maintain, or enhance the physical plant and or facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING:

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual will have primary responsibility for performing plant and equipment maintenance, fabrication, installations and facility services in all aspects of the semi-automated and computer/PLC controlled manufacturing operations. Completing repairs, maintaining building equipment, machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems and production equipment. Identifies problems, conducts troubleshooting, and performs preventative maintenance and maintenance service. Install new equipment/systems. Update various types of equipment to improve efficiency as needed.
