Description The Intern Trainee will work closely with teams across Burns & McDonnell to gain meaningful experience in a professional work environment. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure within an employee-owned engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction firm. Interns will work under the guidance of experienced professionals who will offer regular oversight and mentorship throughout the program. This position is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in the consulting field while contributing to impactful projects that address real-world challenges. It also presents an excellent opportunity to network with seasoned professionals and company leadership, and to gain valuable insights into the engineering and construction industry.
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The final agreed upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location.
