IT Network/Systems Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Network/Systems Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join our IT team. Key Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance tasks, system updates, patches, and backup management. + Monitor system performance, troubleshoot server-related issues, and ensure high availability. + Assist in virtualization management (Hyper-V, VMware, or other platforms). + Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to streamline system administration tasks. + Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points. + Troubleshoot network connectivity, VLAN configurations, and QoS. + Support and optimize network security solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices. + Assist in implementing and maintaining security protocols, including firewalls, endpoint protection, VPNs, and identity management solutions. + Support security audits, user access controls, and compliance initiatives for IT systems. + Ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness through proper backup and restoration strategies. + Provide technical support for both network and system-related issues, including occasional Level 1 support for end-users. + Document IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps. + Work collaboratively with senior engineers, IT staff, and other departments to support IT infrastructure projects.
