An established, reputable landscape design-build company is hiring a Landscape Architect to lead the design and sales of residential renovation projects in the Northwest Atlanta area.
This role is about more than just design, it’s about guiding clients through a trusted sales process, creating functional and buildable outdoor solutions, and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience from the first conversation to the signed contract.
You’ll be supported by a highly trained internal team, work with warm leads (no cold calling), and step into a proven system with consistent demand and operational excellence. · Sales Execution – You’re a confident closer who can walk clients through a clear, trust-building sales process.
· Practical Design Thinking – You design spaces that work; functional, buildable, and beautiful for the long term.
· Client Focus – You listen deeply, communicate clearly, and remove friction from the experience.
· Professionalism – You manage your time, deliver what you promise, and collaborate well with the team.
· Detail Orientation – You take notes, follow process, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
· Follow a proven sales process to close $2M+ annually at strong gross margins
· Own proposals from site visit to presentation, get the “yes” with confidence and clarity
· Align scope, hours, and expectations to ensure profitability and build-ability
· Understand clients’ true goals through active listening and discovery
· Provide practical solutions and seamless communication throughout the sales cycle
· Represent the company with professionalism, trust, and follow-through
· Collaborate with operations and design to ensure alignment
