Qualifications
•1-2 years of marketing, public relations or similar experience
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations or other relevant field
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong project management and organizational skills
•Strong editing skills and attention to detail
•Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work independently, as needed
•Previous experience managing social media, ongoing newsletters and blog content preferred
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and MailChimp preferred, but not required
•Experience with photography and video editing preferred, but not required
•Must be able to commute to our Orlando office
•Must be 18 years of age or older
•Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
•Organize, write and research for the monthly email newsletter
•Develop and manage content calendar, including blog, social media, advertising and other marketing avenues
•Manage social media platforms, including development of copy and graphics
•Develop analytic reports to measure success of marketing efforts
•Support event preparation, coordination and day-of execution, including Lunch & Learn classes, sponsorship events, office celebrations and more
•Participate in marketing & sales brainstorms
•Support development of other marketing materials such as explainer videos, business proposals, brochures, and more, as applicable
•Assist Marketing Director with public relations efforts, include reputation management, media pitching and more
•Support development and execution of marketing campaigns
•Work with Marketing Director to develop new sales relationships through marketing efforts
•Support sales efforts, as needed
•Other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits
•Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000
•Possible sales commissions
