Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

•

Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

•

Coordinate vendor management to maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.

•

Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.

•

Maintain calendar management for executives and team meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling.

•

Organize and maintain filing systems for documents, both physical and digital.

•

Plan and execute office events to foster team engagement and collaboration.

•

Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

•

Implement best practices in office management to improve workflow and efficiency.

•

Develop training programs for staff development and continuous improvement.

Skills

•

Proven experience in office management or a related field.

•

Strong knowledge of human resources practices and principles.

•

Excellent vendor management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

•

Effective team management abilities with a focus on motivation and performance enhancement.

•

Proficient in calendar management with exceptional organizational skills.

•

Detail-oriented with strong file management capabilities for efficient document handling.

•

Experience in event planning with a knack for creating engaging experiences for staff.

•

Knowledge of payroll systems and regulations is a plus.

•

Familiarity with medical office management is advantageous but not required.

•

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
