We are looking for an Office manager in telemarketing office to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic, is able to work independently, and has a strong desire to learn. This position will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing efforts including but not limited to: advertising, social media, events, sales, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and be able to work independently as well as be part of a team. This position will report directly to the owner.
Create plans for all marketing campaigns including social media, events, sales, and community outreach
Coordinate with other departments to ensure campaigns are running smoothly
Create graphics for all marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, etc.
Work with vendors to ensure products meet quality standards
Other duties as assigned by owner or management team.
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping
