Office Manager – The Heart of Our Office!
We're looking for a rockstar Office Manager who’s equal parts organized, reliable, and fun to work with. If you love keeping things running smoothly, know your way around QuickBooks, and enjoy working with a team that values integrity and a good laugh, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do (in a nutshell):
💼 Admin & Accounting Pro
•
Handle invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll (with a smile).
•
Work closely with our accountant and keep QuickBooks humming.
•
Pay taxes, track PTO, and process IRA contributions.
•
Keep us compliant with licenses, insurance, and professional registrations.
📞 Office Vibes Manager
•
Answer phones and greet guests like a pro.
•
Keep our calendar organized and the office tidy.
•
Coordinate fun office events and manage supplies.
🧾 Billing & Client Comms
•
Prep invoices from timesheets and send them to clients.
•
Track payments, update records, and follow up when needed.
•
Handle proposal paperwork, insurance forms, and W-9s.
What We’re Looking For:

QuickBooks wizard (payroll, invoicing, the works)

Detail-oriented, dependable, and good at juggling tasks
