What you'll be doing We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between our Account Executives, Directors, and Sub-Contractors/ Vendors throughout the lifecycle of each project. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative and communicative tasks, playing a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

•

Work closely with the Director of Operations and assist on scheduling project start dates, coordinating and providing PO's to sub-contractors, ordering/ confirming materials for upcoming projects.

•

Gathering timecards, verifying accuracy of logged hours and processing crew hours for payroll.

•

Work closely with the Posting Coordinator to ensure all upcoming jobs have been notified, and once completed ensure all job sites are clear of signs and cones.

•

Deliver pre-scheduled reminders and updates to team members to facilitate smooth execution of projects.

•

Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to relay accurate and timely information to clients.

•

Assisting with all permitting and Utility locates.

•

Assisting Account Executives with meetings crews onsite to ensure smooth kickoff of projects.
