We’re hiring an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across three core departments: Transaction Management, Construction Management, and Property Management. You’ll lead department heads, drive results, and make sure deals move efficiently from contract to close, whether we’re reselling a home or adding it to our rental portfolio.
This is a leadership role focused on people, process, and accountability. You’ll run weekly team meetings, track key metrics, troubleshoot delays, and work with our team to hit company goals. Your job is to keep the train moving and ensure everyone knows where they’re going and how to get there.
This is a full-time, salaried position with performance-based incentives, offering long-term stability and opportunities for growth.
