Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, irrigation, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work under the direction of a supervisor to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
•
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
•
Irrigate and maintain plant health through proper watering techniques.
•
Utilize power tools and equipment for various landscaping tasks, ensuring they are operated safely and effectively.
•
Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
•
Dig trenches for planting or irrigation systems as needed.
•
Assist in groundskeeping activities to keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
•
Follow safety protocols while working with mechanical equipment and tools.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
•
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
•
Familiarity with lawn care practices, including knowledge of plant types and their maintenance needs is a plus.
•
Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating and troubleshooting power tools effectively.
•
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
•
Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues in the field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
