We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Must have knowledge in HVAC systems. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within your territory.

Identify market trends and customer needs to effectively position products.
•
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills
•
Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales.
•
Strong understanding of technical sales processes and product knowledge.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
•
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
•
Proficient in negotiating terms and closing sales successfully.
•
Experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
•
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
